At TempleTales.shop, each order is packed with care and devotion. Due to the spiritual and delicate nature of our products, we follow a strict no-cancellation and no-return policy after dispatch — unless there is a valid issue supported with video proof of package opening.
🔁 Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order is processed and dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
To cancel before dispatch, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
📦 Damaged or Wrong Product Received
We strive to deliver products in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
📸 Mandatory Requirement:
You must record an uncut video while opening the package — from start to finish — clearly showing the shipping label, unboxing, and the issue with the product.
🚨 Without this video proof, we cannot process replacements or refunds.
📥 How to Raise a Claim:
Email us at contact@templetales.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
Order number
Unboxing video (Google Drive / WeTransfer link if large)
Description of the issue
✅ Eligible Cases for Refund/Replacement
Product received is damaged or broken in transit
Product is different from what was ordered
Missing item in the package
Once verified, we’ll offer either:
A replacement (preferred), or
A full/partial refund (based on the issue)
🚫 Not Eligible
No video proof of unboxing
Damage reported after 48 hours
Product used, altered, or damaged post-delivery
Color/design differences due to screen display (minor variations)
